If you aren’t happy with your new GelActiv insoles, we’ll refund you the complete purchase price. Simply send the original product, including packaging, plus the original receipt and an explanation of at least 10 words saying why you aren’t happy with the product, to the following address. Claims must be received within 30 days of purchase (and by 31 March 2016 at the latest).
